Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your registration with Cricket Academy of Pathans – Jaipur (CAP-Jaipur). By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

1. Scholarship Trials & Matches

1.1 Trial Fee

A non-refundable fee of ₹999 is applicable for registering for the Scholarship Trials at CAP-Jaipur. This fee covers trial facilitation and administrative expenses.

1.2 Scholarship Match Fee

Upon selection in the trials, an additional fee of ₹4999 is mandatory to participate in the Scholarship Matches, which includes coaching, match organization, and player support services.

1.3 Group Division for Matches

The Scholarship Tournament will be conducted in two groups:

• Juniors Group: Players aged below 16 years

• Seniors Group: Players aged 16 years and above

Group classification is strictly based on the player’s age as on the tournament cut-off date.

1.4 Confirmation

Your registration will be considered complete only after it is reviewed and confirmed by the CAP-Jaipur team. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful approval.

2. Academy Registrations

2.1 Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹2000 is applicable to enroll in CAP-Jaipur’s regular cricket academy programs.

2.2 Training Attire

Upon successful registration, each player will receive two official CAP-Jaipur Academy dresses.

2.3 Program Pricing

Post-registration, players can view the detailed pricing for residential and local training programs on the Academy Pricing page.

3. Other Terms Applicable to All Registrations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided must be accurate and truthful. Any misleading or false information may result in cancellation or disqualification.

3.2 Compliance

By registering, you agree to follow all rules, policies, and codes of conduct laid down by CAP-Jaipur.

3.3 Medical Fitness

It is the participant’s responsibility to be medically fit. CAP-Jaipur may require a medical fitness certificate before allowing training or match participation.

3.4 Parental Consent

For players under 18 years, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is mandatory. This must be submitted with the registration form.

3.5 Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data will be managed as per CAP-Jaipur’s Privacy Policy. Your information will be securely stored and used only for academy-related communications and services.

3.6 Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Participation in cricket training and matches involves physical exertion and inherent risk. CAP-Jaipur shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses. Players are advised to have personal insurance.

3.7 Code of Conduct

Players must maintain discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. Violation of the CAP-Jaipur Code of Conduct may lead to suspension or expulsion.

3.8 Amendments to Terms

CAP-Jaipur reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated, and continued participation will imply acceptance.

By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, including the cancellation of your registration.
