Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CAP-Jaipur, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our participants. Please carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which applies to all transactions, including registration fees for coaching programs, events and trials.

1. Registration Fee

  • Non-Refundable Registration Fee: All registration fees paid to CAP-Jaipur for coaching programs, trials and events are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once the registration is completed and payment has been processed, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, even if the participant withdraws or chooses not to attend.

2. Cancellation of Programs

  • Academy-Cancelled Programs: If CAP-Jaipur cancels a coaching session, trial, or event due to unavoidable circumstances (such as extreme weather, coach unavailability or other emergencies), we will attempt to reschedule the event or program.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid will be credited for future sessions or events. No direct cash refunds will be issued.
  • Participant-Cancelled Programs: If a participant chooses to cancel their enrollment in a program, session or event before it starts, no refunds will be issued as the registration fee is non-refundable.

3. Refund Requests (If Applicable)

  • Exceptional Cases: In rare situations (such as medical emergencies or significant unforeseen circumstances), CAP-Jaipur may consider a refund request.
  • Formal Request Process: Any refund request must be submitted in writing to the academy’s management team at info@cricketacademyofpathansjaipur.com.
  • All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued as a credit toward future programs, unless otherwise decided by CAP-Jaipur.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Missed Sessions: If a participant does not show up for a coaching session, trial, or event without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
  • Participants unable to attend a session must inform the academy in advance to explore the possibility of rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

5. Payment Confirmation

  • Once a payment is made, a confirmation will be sent to the registered email. Participants are advised to retain this confirmation for future reference.
  • Any cancellation or refund requests will require proof of payment for verification.

6. Changes to Programs or Events

  • Program Modifications: CAP-Jaipur reserves the right to make changes to the structure, schedule or format of coaching programs, events and trials as needed.
  • No Refund for Changes: If a program or event is modified and the participant can no longer attend due to timing or format changes, no refund will be provided.

7. Agreement to Policy

  • By registering for any programs, events or services at CAP-Jaipur, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
