Training Schedule for Hostel Students

Our intensive daily training routine is carefully crafted to enhance every aspect of a cricketer’s game, from physical fitness to technical skills and match preparation.

☑️ 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM | Fitness Session

A strong foundation in fitness and conditioning is essential for every cricketer. Our morning fitness sessions focus on:

☑️ 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Skills Training Session

This session is dedicated to technical skill development, where players receive personalized coaching from BCCI-certified trainers. Key focus areas include:

✔ Game awareness and tactical decision-making

☑️ 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM | Net/Open Net Session
