Anti-Doping Policy

At Cricket Academy of Pathans – Jaipur (CAP-Jaipur), we are committed to upholding the integrity of cricket by ensuring a fair, safe, and drug-free environment for all players. This Anti-Doping Policy sets forth our strict stance against the use of prohibited substances and methods in cricket.

Prohibited Substances and Methods

CAP-Jaipur strictly adheres to the anti-doping regulations outlined by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). The use of performance-enhancing drugs, recreational substances and any other banned substances listed on the WADA Prohibited List is strictly forbidden.

Testing and Compliance

To maintain the highest standards of fair play, CAP-Jaipur conducts random and targeted drug testing. All players, coaches and officials may be tested at any time, including during training sessions, matches and as deemed necessary by the academy.

Responsibilities

• Players: Must refrain from using banned substances and comply with all testing procedures.
• Coaches and Officials: Responsible for educating and monitoring players to ensure adherence to anti-doping regulations.
• CAP-Jaipur Management: Will provide education, resources and ensure fair testing procedures to maintain a clean sporting environment.

Consequences of Violation

Any participant found violating this Anti-Doping Policy will face disciplinary action, which may include:

• Suspension from training and competitions
• Expulsion from the academy
• Additional penalties as determined by CAP-Jaipur’s disciplinary committee, in accordance with WADA guidelines.

Rights and Appeals

Players and staff accused of a doping violation have the right to a fair hearing. Appeals can be made through the CAP-Jaipur appeals process and all participants will be informed of their rights and the procedures for lodging an appeal.

Education and Prevention

CAP-Jaipur is committed to educating all members on the dangers and consequences of doping. We will provide regular workshops, educational resources and support systems to promote a drug-free cricket environment.

Policy Updates and Amendments

CAP-Jaipur reserves the right to amend this Anti-Doping Policy as necessary to align with updated regulations or to enhance its effectiveness. Members will be informed of any significant changes.
